Whether you are managing steam, air, gas, or liquid systems, these valves are designed to open precisely when pressure exceeds set limits, preventing costly downtime and protecting both equipment and personnel.

The Series 740 is available in multiple materials and configurations to meet the diverse requirements of industrial systems. Its rugged construction, compact design, and precision machining ensure stability and reliability, even under repeated cycling.

Versatility Across Industries

Aquatrol’s 740 Series is used in a wide range of industries, including:

  • Chemical processing and refining

  • Energy and power generation

  • Oil and gas

  • Water treatment and distribution

  • Manufacturing and industrial plants

Whether it’s a flanged safety valve application for high-pressure pipelines or a specialized cryogenic safety valve requirement for low-temperature environments, the Series 740 provides proven performance.

Flanged Safety Valve Options

When systems demand secure, high-capacity connections, the Series 740 flanged safety valve configuration provides a reliable solution. The flanged design allows for easier installation, secure mounting, and improved sealing, making it an excellent choice for large-scale industrial applications.

Cryogenic Safety Valve Applications

For extremely low-temperature processes, the Series 740 can be configured as a cryogenic safety valve. These valves are engineered to maintain integrity and responsiveness even in cryogenic service, ensuring safe operation in environments such as liquefied gas storage, cryogenic transfer lines, and cold-temperature industrial systems.
